Mondays in Space 1 (11am - 12pm)
Simona runs dance classes for young children, parents are welcome to sit in on the friendly and fun atmosphere!
Mondays in Space 1 (5.45pm - 6.45pm)
Clubbercise is the new form of exercise focused on getting fit and having fun. Jade brings funky disco lights, glowsticks and your favourite club anthems to this fast-paced, highly energising workout. Perfect to wash away those two day hangover blues!
Mondays in Space 1 (6pm - 7pm)
Act2Cam run drama courses, acting classes and film camps for young people (from ages 5 - 21), giving aspiring actors the chance to star in their professionally produced films.
Tuesdays in Space 2 (5.45pm - 7pm)
Holly set up her classes in 2006 and has been sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience in her sessions at Space Six since 2014. Classes run in six week blocks and can be attended by anyone, no matter how much or little experience you have.
Wednesdays in Space 1 (12pm - 1pm)
Conrad is a Yoga instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, classes take place throughout the year at Space Six and at various other events. "Forrest Yoga is a modern form of Yoga taking all of the useful aspects of the practice and modifying them to reflect current knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology." (Conrad Freese)
Wednesdays in Space 1 (6pm - 7pm)
Ener-gise is a new concept in fitness using focused energy to create dynamic movement in your body. The sessions are done to uplifting music as every muscle is conditioned and toned. The moves are simple yet effective, so there are no complex routines to worry about. All you'll need is a mat, some loose clothes and an open mind!
Thursdays in Space 2 (6.15pm - 7.45pm) & Saturdays in Space 1 (10.15am - 11.45am)
Davids classes take inspiration from the Vinyasa approach to Yoga, integrating mind, body and breath in a step by step way. Courses at Space six are intended for Intermediate level experience. David also hosts weekend workshops with guest instructors from around the world, these full day sessions include lunch and an opportunity to use our breakout space to connect and socialise.

True Colours Theatre deliver inclusive classes which aim to help children and young people to develop confidence through drama, singing and dancing. All classes act as preparation for an end of term performance encouraging children to display their new skills in front of an audience. They also work with a number of charities and businesses in the area.
